Passport

  • Valid passport with at least 7 months’ validity from the travel date. Include old passport if available.

Photo

  • Recent passport-size photo (soft copy only) with a white background (size: 35mm x 50mm, taken within the last 3 months).

Proof Occupation

  • Job Holders: No Objection Certificate (NOC), employee ID card, visiting card.
  • Business Owners: Updated trade license (translated into English and notarized), company letterhead, visiting card, memorandum of association (if it’s a limited company).
  • Government Employees: Government Order (GO), employee ID card, visiting card.
  • Doctors: BMDC certificate, company pad, visiting card.
  • Lawyers: BAR Council certificate, employee ID card, visiting card.
  • Students: Student ID card (both sides), original NOC from institution.
  • Housewives / Children / Retired / Unemployed: Relevant documents such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, retirement documents, or guardian’s supporting papers.

Sponsors/Financial Proof

  • Personal or company bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum balance of BDT 80,000 per applicant.
  • Bank solvency certificate (either personal or company).
  • For dependents: financial documents of the guardian or spouse.

Other Documents

  • National ID card or birth certificate.
  • Marriage certificate (if spouse’s name is not mentioned in the passport).
