By accessing or using any platform, services, or making bookings through Trip Begin Limited—whether as a direct customer (B2C) or as a travel agent/partner (B2B)—you agree to be bound by the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all interactions with our company, including bookings made through our website, mobile application, partner portals, or any associated service. Trip Begin Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically. Any attempt to misuse the system or provide false or misleading information may result in booking cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.


All information provided at the time of booking must be accurate and current. Bookings made with incorrect details may be cancelled, and Trip Begin Limited holds no responsibility for any resulting inconvenience or financial loss. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and an official confirmation—such as a ticket or booking ID—is issued. All services remain subject to final supplier confirmation and availability.


Cancellations, refunds, and amendments are governed by the specific policies of the airlines, hotels, or service providers. Penalties and cancellation charges vary depending on the service and booking timeline. In case of a no-show—where a user fails to use a booked service without notice—no refund will be issued. Changes to travel dates, names, or other booking details are subject to the provider’s policy and may involve additional charges or be entirely restricted. Refunds, if applicable, are processed after deducting any applicable supplier penalties and payment gateway or bank charges. Refunds are typically returned to the original payment source and may take between 7 to 21 business days or more, depending on processing times.


Pricing is dynamic and subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier updates. All displayed prices are inclusive of tax unless otherwise stated; however, certain local/resort fees or city taxes may be payable directly at the destination. Once confirmed, booking prices are not subject to adjustment regardless of market fluctuations.


Flight bookings are governed by airline rules, including baggage policies, cancellation rules, and schedule changes. Any requests for meals, special assistance, or seat preferences are passed to the airline but not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the traveler to confirm baggage allowances, check-in deadlines, and visa/transit requirements. Trip Begin Limited is not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties imposed by airlines or immigration authorities.


Hotel bookings are based on supplier-provided content including images, amenities, and room descriptions, which may vary at check-in. Special requests like smoking rooms or specific bed types are not guaranteed and subject to availability. During peak seasons, blackout dates, or trade fair periods, surcharges may apply. Package bookings are non-modifiable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Package components are often provided by third-party partners and are subject to their respective terms.


Visa assistance provided by Trip Begin Limited is limited to documentation support only. The decision to issue or deny a visa lies solely with the embassy or consulate. We are not liable for any rejected visa or consequences arising from denied entry, including costs, delays, or penalties. Customers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6–7 months and that all documents submitted are truthful and complete. Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.


All users are prohibited from fraudulent bookings, resale of services without authorization, scraping our content, or tampering with our systems. Any such behavior may lead to account suspension, blacklisting, or legal proceedings. Trip Begin Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or agent found in violation of these terms.


For B2B partners, all terms mentioned above also apply. B2B users are advised not to maintain excessive funds in their Trip Begin account wallet. Any balance held should only be used for booking services through the platform and may not be withdrawn unless otherwise approved. Agents are responsible for onward sales and must handle customer issues directly. Trip Begin will not be responsible for disputes arising between agents and their clients. Agents must not misuse the system or engage in transactions deemed suspicious or misleading. Misuse of the system by agents, including misrepresentation or unauthorized resale, may result in account suspension without notice.


Trip Begin Limited shall not be held responsible for service delays, losses, injuries, or interruptions caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or other events beyond our control. Liability for any indirect or incidental damages is explicitly excluded.


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms.
