Refund Policy

At Trip Begin Limited, we strive to offer the best travel services, but we understand that plans can change. Please note that most airline tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and service fees are non-refundable once booked. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper processing and documentation.

We will consider refund requests only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You have submitted a written cancellation and refund request to Trip Begin Limited.
• The fare rules of the airline, hotel, or other providers allow for cancellations or refunds.
• You are not marked as a “no-show” (most no-show bookings are ineligible for refunds).
• We are able to secure waivers or approvals from suppliers for the requested refund.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Once we receive your request, you will receive an acknowledgment email with a reference number — this is not a confirmation of refund eligibility or processing. Our team will then engage with the relevant suppliers (e.g., airlines or hotels) to determine eligibility and will inform you of their decision.

Please note:
• Our service fees related to the original travel reservation are non-refundable.
• If the supplier approves your refund, it may take 30–90 working days (excluding weekends and government holidays) for the refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card account.
• Most suppliers charge penalties for refunds.
• Trip Begin Limited will also charge a post-ticketing service fee per person or transaction — only applicable if the refund is processed.
• Gateway/transaction charges are non-refundable.

In unfortunate events such as supplier bankruptcy, operational shutdowns, or other exceptional cases, where the refund is uncertain or impossible, Trip Begin Limited will not be liable and holds no responsibility for refund disbursement. No legal claims can be made against Trip Begin Limited in such cases.

As part of our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP), we may offer special discounts or considerations to U.S. Military personnel, senior citizens, youths, bereavement cases, visually impaired customers, and those affected by natural disasters.
